Returns Policy
In order to save you time & ensure that any returns are processed quickly & efficiently, please refer to the Returns Policy below before attempting to return an item to us.
How long do I have to return an item?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase then under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from The Pea's Knees Ltd. Order cancellations must be made in writing within 7 days of delivery of your items, and can be sent by e-mail to info@thepeasknees.co.uk.
Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned to us, in their original condition (meaning unused, unopened and in the exact condition it was sent with all packaging, tags, seals etc intact), within 14 days of receipt. Your statutory rights are not affected.
I have opened / tried on the item, can I still return it?
Any items that are not in their original condition may be returned at our discretion only. Please email us & confirm the condition of the product, along with the reason for return and we will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm if a return may be accepted.
Are there any items which we can't be returned?
Due to the nature of the products we cannot accept returns of any of the following items for hygiene reasons; any hosiery items which have been opened, any unsealed cosmetics and earrings.
Where should I return my item to?
All returns should be sent back to us at the address below. Please ensure that you include all relevant information needed for us to process the return, which is outlined under ‘what do I need to include with my return?’ below.

Please note that no product should be returned without first confirming the cancellation in writing. Failure to do so may result in the return being delayed / not processed.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Even for low value items we would recommend that you get proof of postage when sending the item. This is a free service offered by the post office and will insure low value items for loss.
Please note that we will not be held responsible for items that do not reach us. We will be unable issue any refunds or exchange without the product reaching our returns department.
What do I need to include with my return?
Please provide a note containing your name, order number & reason for return so that we can process the return accordingly.
Can I get a full refund for my order?
A full refund is available, however, we reserve the right to make a small admin charge to cover our costs. (Further details available upon request).
Can I make an exchange for another item?
We may be able to offer an exchange for another item, however this is at our discretion. Please contact us with details of your order & what you would like to exchange it for and we will reply and let you know if this will be possible.
How long will it take to process my return?
All returns will be processed as quickly as possible. Usually this will be within 7 working days of receiving the return, though this process may take up to 28 days.
